Too Faced Pillow Balm Hydrating Lip Treatment is a creamy liquid lip balm that’s $26, 0.20 oz, and available in seven shades. This formula contains a nourishing blend of oils and butters but it’s pain ingredient is actually petrolatum. The formula is creamy, thick, and applies smoothly on lips providing even coverage with a excellent color pay off and beautiful shine. Although heavy I thought it was comfortable to wear and didn’t migrate or feather for the four to five hours it wore on my lips. During the wear it provides beautiful hydration and kept my red, chapped lips hydrated with lasting moisture well after the product wore away. Sadly, it did have fault packaging as the applicator is big and saturates well with color but the ring at the base of the barrel seems a little large which doesn’t “wipe” or “scrap” away enough gloss when you’re removing the applicator from the tube. This combined with air trapped in the barrel can result in a sort of messy explosion when the applicator is removed.
